AmbiLight

I have designed the product called AMBI LIGHT, a typical wall wash that can be installed on interior walls so as to fill the room with the colour of your choice. It consists of light filters, rotating which, the colour of light emitting out gets changed. This feature helps the user to create an ambience in a room according to the mood. The inner mechanism is covered by a tortoise shell that is made up of paper cups and plates. The colour filters are made by using coloured drinking straws. This was a project guided by Prof. Rauol Schumaker, Belgium in the workshop of 'Designing lights using Everyday objects' held at DoD, IIT Guwahati.
